I wonder if Zaza is watching Son today??
Not just the pressing & working for the team but also the runs in behind defence where the quick ball can be played

Re: Sunday football
I mentioned the standing because you'd think he'd have more control than if he was sliding or both players collided going for a ball between them.
No excuse for the tackle and it should have been a red. The red shirt saved him no question.

Excellent result for Stoke.
They need more from Bony and to adapt to the holding rules which were aimed at them.
They aren't a terrible team but Arnautovic , Shaqiri and Bojan also need to find some goals.
I still haven't seen another team this season that I would say I was confident of us beating in our current form.

Re: Sunday football
Sven - Because Herrara was in a standing position is what saved him no doubt, he didn't go into him with any force or speed. Technically still a red though.

Great point for Stoke will feel like a loss for the Mancs.

Re: Sunday football
In fact I know Stoke will get out of this because they play us soon. 3 points for them.

Re: Sunday football
Stoke will not be down that long I dont think. Joe Allen excellent signing. Works all day long. Oh for some of that industry in our centre of midfield.

Re: Sunday football
If you see it as the ref its a red
A yellow card just doesn't make any sense.
You just know a Stoke player would have gone

Rooney on

Re: Sunday football
Is it too early to want a Man Utd win, just so Stoke don't leapfrog us?

Re: Sunday football
I saw that too, fucking big team syndrome

Ref's a cunt

Sven Roeder 2:50 Sun Oct 2
Re: Sunday football
Just switched on the Man Utd game to see Herrara put his studs through Allen's thigh from a standing position
Yellow card in a game at 0-0 approaching an hour
Same old refereeing double standards
